By accessing or using this website and/or purchasing The Six Figure Effect (“the Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase the Program.

1. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. The Six Figure Effect is a high-level coaching and execution program. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to partial participation, change of circumstances, or failure to implement.

Payment Plans

If you choose a monthly installment option, you agree to the following:

• The first payment will be deducted immediately upon submission of your application to secure and hold your place in the Program.
• This initial payment is non-refundable and confirms your enrollment.
• The remaining six (6) monthly installment payments will begin on May 1, 2026, and will continue monthly thereafter until the balance is paid in full.

You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation level. You may not cancel or pause remaining payments once enrolled.

Chargebacks

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment without contacting us first will be considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to provide proof of access, agreement, and program delivery to Stripe or any relevant payment processor. Legal recovery of owed balances may be pursued if necessary.

2. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

Single User License

Enrollment grants access to one individual only. Login credentials may not be shared.

Program Access Start Date

All enrolled members will receive access to The Six Figure Effect on April 1, 2026.
Access prior to this date is not included unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

Access Rights

We reserve the right to revoke or suspend access to The Six Figure Effect at our discretion if a member violates community standards, payment obligations, or these Terms.

Program Duration

Access is granted for the duration specified at purchase, beginning April 1, 2026. Extensions are not guaranteed.

Access to The Six Figure Effect program portal, including all training materials, recordings, and resources, is provided for a period of twelve (12) months beginning April 1, 2026.

Portal access will automatically expire on March 31, 2027, unless otherwise extended in writing by Creator Commerce LLC.

After the 12-month access period ends, members will no longer have access to the program portal, including all course materials, recordings, and community spaces. Creator Commerce LLC is not obligated to maintain or provide continued access beyond this period.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials inside The Six Figure Effect, including but not limited to:

• Training videos
• Frameworks
• Scripts
• Templates
• Worksheets
• Call recordings
• Branding assets
• Written materials

are the intellectual property of Creator Commerce LLC.

You may use these materials for your own business implementation only.

You may not:

• Reproduce
• Republish
• Resell
• Distribute
• Share access
• Teach the material as your own

Unauthorized use may result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

4. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

The Six Figure Effect provides business education, strategy, and implementation frameworks.

We do not guarantee income, results, or rank advancement.

Any testimonials or case studies presented are examples only. Results depend on:

• Your effort
• Your consistency
• Your market
• Your skill development
• External factors beyond our control

You acknowledge that business involves inherent risk.

5. COMMUNITY STANDARDS

The Six Figure Effect includes live calls, group coaching, and private community spaces.

To protect the environment:

• No spam
• No self-promotion outside approved guidelines
• No recruiting members for external opportunities
• No pitching unrelated offers
• No harassment or bullying
• No hate speech

Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

All discussions, strategies, member results, and internal conversations inside The Six Figure Effect are confidential.

You may not share:

• Screenshots
• Call recordings
• Member discussions
• Private frameworks

outside the Program without written permission.

7. PROGRAM CHANGES

Creator Commerce LLC reserves the right to:

• Modify program content
• Adjust call schedules
• Update materials
• Improve curriculum

The core structure and value will remain intact, but updates may occur as the Program evolves.

8. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a recurring payment fails:

• 1st Attempt: Retried within 24 hours
• 2nd Attempt: Retried within 3–5 days
• Final Attempt: Retried within 7 days

If payment is not successfully processed, access will be suspended and may be permanently removed.

Creator Commerce LLC reserves the right to pursue outstanding balances.

Access will only be reinstated once the account is made current.

9. SUPPORT & COMMUNICATION

Direct messaging Brent, Molly, or the Creator Commerce LLC team outside designated communication channels is not permitted unless explicitly included within your mentorship tier.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creator Commerce LLC shall not be liable for:

• Direct or indirect losses
• Business losses
• Loss of income
• Loss of opportunity
• Emotional distress

arising from participation in The Six Figure Effect.

You participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your business decisions.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, where Creator Commerce LLC is registered.
